The User Experience Manager sets the vision and pioneers the pathways that will create consistent and repeated wins for the UX Design Team, Fifth Third Bank and the customers and communities we serve. The work of the User Experience Manager creates the conditions for success by setting standards and measures across the UX Team for conceptual design, prototyping, and testing of user interfaces and functionality. It is the expectation of this role to constantly improve the quality thinking and output from our people, processes, and technology. The work of the User Experience Manager will directly result in the thoughtful activation of the Fifth Third Bank UX Design capability, keeping sharp focus on bringing exceptional customer experiences to life. Importantly, this role will drive maturity and understanding around UX Design within the Bank. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
