About The Position

As a Manager User Experience Design at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our products and solutions, leading a team of designers and driving the development and implementation of user-centered design strategies. As the User Experience (UX) Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of designers and drive user-centered principles for current and future generations of Honeywell security products. You will work with Offering Management and Engineering teams to define requirements, understand the users’ experience, identify risks and constraints, and ultimately help deliver products on time. You will also provide guidance, oversight, and review of work done by team members to ensure the highest standards of usability, interaction design, and accessibility.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in User Experience Design.
• Experience working with Offering Management and Engineering teams.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to ensure high standards of usability, interaction design, and accessibility.
