Position Summary The Manager, Used Asset Management, is responsible for leading day‑to‑day operations and financial performance of the LNW Pecos facility, including refurbishment, RMA, and warehouse activities. This role drives operational excellence, cost savings, inventory integrity, and continuous improvement while ensuring a safe, compliant, and high‑performing work environment.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience leading a functional department, preferably in manufacturing, refurbishment, or gaming environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience with Oracle and Manhattan ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven leadership and people development capabilities.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Results‑driven with a focus on accountability, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall operations and financial performance (including P&L ownership) for refurbishment and asset reclamation operations.
  • Own and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product quality and cosmetic standards for used and refurbished products.
  • Deliver annual used‑part savings targets through strong cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Partner with Planning and Purchasing to ensure continuity of supply for critical refurbishment components.
  • Develop and execute warehouse strategies, including end‑of‑life product scenarios and seamless transitions from NPI to refurbishment.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control best practices, including bin accuracy, transaction discipline, and exception management.
  • Champion workplace safety by conducting weekly safety walks, addressing identified risks, and leading at least two safety initiatives annually.
  • Lead training, development, and performance management for core and reclaim technicians; establish measurable outputs and quality reporting.
  • Maintain organizational structures for all functional areas, including succession and backup coverage for key roles and daily reporting.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects across operations.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures that support lean principles and customer requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational disruptions and recurring issues; implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
