The Manager, Treatment Connections role serves as a member of our People Who Use Drugs (PWUD) Health leadership team. This person will handle complex administrative analysist, systems development, oversight, and quality assurance of Treatment Connections at the 6th Street Center and Mobile Sites. This role oversees site data collection and reporting, direct health education, treatment connection and motivational interviewing counseling. A team of treatment connection navigators, program coordinators and health educators will look to this role for leadership and guidance each day. What are the main responsibilities? Day to day management of health engagement and treatment connections at 6th Street Center and select mobile sites Analyzes operational needs, develop systems, and create processes, workflows, and communications to support smooth operations program wide. Ensures all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and workflows are followed by staff and volunteers. Ensure the correct documentation and entry of all treatment connections site data to meet program deliverables. Supervise a team of health educators, PWUD Health Navigators and Coordinators and provide ongoing coaching and training, conduct performance reviews, staff scheduling, and weekly supervision meetings. Provide onsite services to partcipants including: health coaching, infection prevention, overdose prevention, linkage to care, and HIV/HCV/STI testing. Who are we looking for? Three or more years experience working with PWUD and People Experiencing Homelessness. Linkage to care and health education for these populations is required. Experience using motivational interviewing and strong understanding of client centered, trauma informed practices and principles. Ability to provide thoughtful, culturally competent care to diverse and often highly marginalized communities. Ability to speak candidly and knowledgetably about drug use, substance use treatment, and sexual health. Supervision and management experience. Good organizational skills including data entry and ability to use Google and Microsoft suite. Where is the position located? This position is primarily located at 117 6th Street, 940 Howard, and in the field at mobile sites in San Francisco, it may occasionally require traveling to other office locations or off-site meetings as required by the job. Role includes evening and weekend coverage. What we offer? Salary: $90,000 Benefits : SFAF is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for our full-time employees. We offer combined PTO/Sick Time Off of 24 days for the first two years of employment, 29 days after two years of employment. For retirement we offer a 403(b) Plan and SFAF matches employee contributes (1 to 1) up to 3% of Salary.
