About The Position
HCT is seeking an Interim Trauma Program Manager for a 150+ bed hospital in California. The responsibilities include: Manage operational, administrative, and outreach services for the trauma program Coordinate interdisciplinary management across the continuum of trauma care Develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements
- Bachelor degree required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a trauma program or similar setting
- Current CA RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, CEN
