About The Position

HireNow Staffing is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for a Director of Trauma Program opportunity in Fort Walton Beach. This leadership role centers on trauma program coordination, collaboration across clinical departments, and continuous improvement in patient care. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a day schedule, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, with one opening. The role involves providing leadership and coordination for the trauma program, collaborating with nursing, physicians, emergency services, and hospital leadership, supporting trauma care policies, workflows, and staff education, monitoring program performance and identifying opportunities to improve care, coordinating quality improvement activities and follow-up on identified concerns, and supporting applicable trauma program standards and review processes. A detailed employer-approved scope, reporting structure, and program requirements will be confirmed during the interview process.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
  • No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
  • Availability to work the day schedule in Fort Walton Beach
  • Eligibility under the hiring organization's application-history requirements
  • Candidates must not have an active application within the hiring organization's enterprise during the previous 12 months.
  • All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current or previous disciplinary actions.
