The incumbent will assure the development and effective implementation for all skills training programs for the Electrical Substations, Field Engineering/Field Communications Groups and skills training programs and Energy Delivery Technical Programs. This role provides overall coordination, scheduling, administration and tracking of all Transmission & Distribution (T&D) training. The Manager will manage Skills Training Programs for the physical workforce and involves frequent travel within the service territory of CT, MA, and NH.
