The mission of Fathers and Families Center (FFC) is “To build a noble legacy of fatherhood – assisting fathers in achieving self-sufficiency and in strengthening families to improve the life chances of children.” We accomplish this by working with fathers and their families to help them to be better partners, providers and parents. Reporting to the Vice President for Programs and Partnerships, the Training Center Development Manager will design, develop and manage all educational, training, and operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, programming, certifications, and coordination with employer partners, unions, vendors and suppliers. S/he will also be responsible for managing this location.
