The Training & Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all employee training programs to ensure competency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. This includes managing new-hire orientation, tracking certification requirements, ensuring completion of safety trainings, and maintaining training records in alignment with ISO 9001 competence requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulatory obligations. The scope covers organization-wide training, onboarding, competence management, certification tracking, safety training coordination, leadership development, documentation control of training records, and collaboration with HR, Safety, and departmental leadership.
