About The Position

Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program prepares Manager Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The position is on-site and offers a path to management, supported by training and a promote-from-within culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
• Contact customers about payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management responsibilities, including delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
