About The Position

Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program prepares Manager Trainees for consumer finance and future leadership roles. Over 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The role provides a path to management through training, practical experience, and Tower Loan’s promote-from-within culture. Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management is required.

The position is on-site and scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Some extended weekday hours may be needed, which may include Saturday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management responsibilities, including delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
