We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Trainee to join our Corrections team. In this role, you will rotate through both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, gaining hands-on experience in managing high-volume food service operations, leading teams, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Upon completion of New Manager training the position will be promoted into the Manager role with a increase in pay to be discussed upon hire. This unit supervises 1-2 inmates and 2 hourly Summit employees. Upon successful completion of training a $500 bonus will be paid in December.
