About The Position

Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program prepares Manager Trainees to grow into leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The position offers a path to advancement into management, supported by comprehensive training and a promote-from-within culture. The role is performed on-site. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Sales, collections, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Build long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
Contact customers about payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
Learn and support management duties, including delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
Develop and demonstrate management skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
