About The Position

The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people management. The position has a defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months and supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence. The stated wage is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
