Manager Trainee
About The Position
Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program prepares Manager Trainees to grow into leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The position offers a path to advancement into management and may require relocation upon promotion. Tower Loan provides personal loans, home equity loans, and retail financing through offices across eight states. The company emphasizes customer relationships, community service, employee development, and promotion from within. This position is on-site and scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
- Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
- Contact customers about payment reminders and arrangements.
- Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
- Learn and support management duties, including delegating employee workloads and analyzing loan documents.
- Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
