About The Position

The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. The position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. The role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence. Wages are $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
