About The Position

Kura Sushi USA is hiring a Manager Trainee for its Overland Park, Kansas location. The position starts at $29.00 per hour, equivalent to an annualized $60,320, with compensation depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Paid training takes place at an existing out-of-state location for approximately 12–16 weeks.

Assistant Managers at Kura Sushi work alongside employees to ensure guests receive fresh, tasty food and a positive dining experience. They help meet daily operational and guest service needs, develop and mentor staff, and adhere to company policies and procedures. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
