About The Position

Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program prepares Manager Trainees to grow into leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The role offers training and development in management, with opportunities to advance through the company’s promote-from-within culture.

The Manager Trainee develops customer relationships, assists with office goals, and learns management responsibilities alongside the Manager. The position is performed on-site, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended weekday hours as needed, which may include Saturday. Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management duties, including delegating employee workloads and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
