About The Position

Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program prepares Manager Trainees for future leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The role offers a path to management through training, development, and the company’s promote-from-within culture. The position is on-site and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended weekday hours as needed that may include Saturdays. Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
Learn and support management duties, including delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
