About The Position
We are looking for a full time Manager in Training with a passion to drive customer satisfaction while being the brand ambassador. If this is you and you’re ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot! The Manager in Training program provides hands-on-training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports achievement of location sales goals amd customer service excellence.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 20 years of age or older.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Multitasking skills are needed.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management.
- Support achievement of location sales goals.
- Ensure customer service excellence.
