Requirements

Available Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Willing to travel in a company vehicle.
Sales experience is an asset.
Goal-oriented with excellent communication and people skills.
G License required
Fast learner and open to meeting new people.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Participate in travelling across different locations in Toronto and Ontario with the company-provided vehicle.
To set visions and motivations for the team by performing an individual task on time
To delegate responsibility and team members, as well as complete all assigned tasks in the field.
Communicate the value of safety and Security to existing and prospective customers. Review customer requirements using a consultative approach
Make a short product presentation with homeowners/small business and then let your team leader answer the questions and secure the deal for you.
Advise clients and make recommendations about home automation and protection needs.
Be knowledgeable about the products, services, and promotional campaigns being offered by presenting customized solutions to our clients.
Identify customers’ needs quickly by leading and executing effective strategies with confidence, ease, and precision.
Build relationships with your colleagues to maintain a positive and innovative atmosphere as part of our Security and Mobility Team.
Considerately make the customers aware of Alarmguard against potential competitors in each opportunity.
