About The Position

Baringa's Telcoms, Media & Technology (TMT) practice is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong TMT consulting experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver outstanding client work. The practice serves major telco providers, publishers, broadcasters, music rights companies, media agencies, technology companies, and other global TMT organizations.

Requirements

• Interest and experience in the TMT sector.
• Experience in operating independently and/or leading teams to deliver complex projects.
• Experience and/or interest in one or more of the following areas: strategy development, transformation, operating model & organizational design, process improvement, change management, technology implementation.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and experience in business & people development, coaching & mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Advising TMT clients on key industry topics such as AI, Climate Change and Sustainability, Direct-to-Consumer, Rights and Royalties, Monetizing Digital Media, and relevant regulations.
• Setting up and leading complex strategic and transformational engagements for global clients, covering areas like market-entry strategy, operating model development and implementation, organizational design, end-to-end process improvement, customer strategy, customer service and sales effectiveness improvement, lead-to-cash programs, and pre- and post-merger integration.
• Helping to deliver the People leadership agenda.
• Leading and supporting business development efforts.
