Reporting to the Director of Theater Operations, the Manager, Theater Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front of house and artist hospitality requirements by providing optimal guest experience and introducing initiatives to improve artist, guest and team member satisfaction based on established Yaamava’ Resort and Casino standards. Provides operational guidance to assure the smooth operation of shows and events, in addition to their involvement in planning, developing, and maintaining venue schedules to provide Best in Class service for performers, vendors, and team members while prioritizing the Tribe’s goals and priorities in a manner that reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.
