As a Manager, Technical Project Management, the role involves leading end-to-end delivery for mid-to-large projects or defined workstreams within a program. The individual will be the day-to-day owner of plans, timelines, risks, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring clear communication and smooth handoffs to Client Services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in project management or technical delivery, ideally within media/marketing tech or adjacent domains.
  • Proficiency with Airtable, Smartsheet, and modern PM practices (RAID, RACI, change control).
  • Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Analytical, organized, and adaptable; comfortable balancing detail with delivery pace.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting; run standups/working sessions.
  • Manage scope, timelines, and budget; drive change control and ensure early value delivery.
  • Author/validate test scenarios, coordinate client/user acceptance testing, track defects to closure, confirm go-live readiness.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks with Product/Engineering; prepare process docs and release notes.
  • Package materials for L&D, ensure Client Services readiness, and support post-launch stabilization.
  • Maintain RACI, facilitate working groups, and escalate risks/issues with clear mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to post-mortems, value scorecards, and Content Hub documentation.
