6090-Johnson & Johnson Services Legal Entity•Brunswick, OH

About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner to provide hands-on technical product leadership for the Osprey program and the AskGS Transition Services Agreement (TSA) scope. The role connects business, product, program, testing, content, architecture, and engineering teams to translate Osprey requirements into well-designed, testable, release-ready ServiceNow capabilities. It combines ServiceNow engineering and solution-design expertise with product and delivery leadership, including solution shaping, troubleshooting, operational visibility, readiness coordination, and governance, approval, testing, cutover, and release activities. The role is durational for 13 months and is located in New Brunswick or Raritan, New Jersey. The position leads ServiceNow product work for Osprey TSA readiness across AskGS, translating program and operational needs into a prioritized backlog and coordinating issues, decisions, design readiness, architecture validation, dependencies, early-build preparation, and risk mitigation. It provides technical consultation and configuration guidance, assesses platform impacts across AskGS capabilities, supports integrations and cutover configuration, and partners with architects and engineers on scalable, secure, supportable solutions. The Technical Product Owner coordinates delivery and testing with product owners, delivery leads, architects, engineers, vendors, and program stakeholders. The role supports in-sprint, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; defect triage; release and cutover readiness; and hypercare. It maintains workstream status reporting, dashboards, and executive communications, and ensures work aligns with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, data separation, and release governance. The role also supports AskGS content and knowledge-management readiness, partnering with content owners and experience teams to maintain a clear employee journey across search, portal, chat, web, and assisted-service channels. It uses employee and agent feedback, service data, and delivery insights to improve usability, supportability, and adoption while protecting the stability of existing AskGS services.
