About The Position

The Manager, Technical Lead is a critical member of the enterprise solution design and delivery team, partnering with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects, and programs that support business strategy and drive enterprise value. This role brings a strong product mindset to architecture and engineering, enabling a continuous flow of value through process and design improvements that support future growth. This role is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of optimized, integrated, and automated technology solutions across enterprise platforms. Working closely with cross-functional business partners, IT leads, system integrators, and enabling teams—including application development, integrations, data, security, testing, and organizational change management—the role delivers best‑in‑class, end‑to‑end solutions. Serve as a functional and solution expert for assigned enterprise applications and platforms (including ERP and related systems), leading all technical aspects of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical delivery and IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on solution design, systems implementation, and release management
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and oversee Business System Analysts or similar roles
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing application or platform best practices within complex enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization and solution standardization by leveraging platform best practices, architectural standards, and industry frameworks
• Own system integrations across enterprise platforms, including interfaces with ERP, third‑party applications, and external partners (e.g., APIs, EDI, and middleware solutions)
• Coordinate and execute use case testing, end‑user validation activities, and post‑implementation hyper care support
• Oversee production support activities and act as a point of escalation for critical incidents and high‑impact system issues
• Collaborate post‑implementation with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and deliver system enhancements
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support end‑to‑end enterprise business processes and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability enabled by technology
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and end users through deep functional understanding and trusted partnership
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive innovation through process improvement, automation, and modernization initiatives
• Define solution architecture requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards
• Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in alignment with Information Security and governance policies
• Participate in the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on core enterprise platforms and integrated business processes
• Lead and support the resolution of critical system issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
• Contribute to cost‑benefit analysis and business case development for proposed initiatives and enhancements
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Business System Analysts and technical team members to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
