Here, you will make an impact by: Serving as a key business partner to area controllers and process leads, researching and resolving complex accounting issues through the application of GAAP and company accounting policies, to deliver practical, business-focused solutions Leading the Company’s accounting for stock-based compensation and pension and post-retirement benefits in support of timely and accurate financial reporting and SOX compliance, including collaborating with external service providers, international controllers and cross-functional teams Supporting the preparation and external audit of employee benefit plan financial statements and Forms 5500, working closely with HR Benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND six (6) years of accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification
• Four (4) years experience reviewing, drafting, external financial reporting
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

• Direct experience in stock-based compensation accounting
• Direct experience in pension and post-retirement benefits accounting and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
