About The Position

We are seeking a Manager – Tax Capability and Learning, Learning and Development, to join the Learning and Development (L&D) team within the Human Resources (HR) department. They’re responsible for leading the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the firm’s tax learning curriculum. This role combines tax expertise, facilitation, and content authorship to ensure high quality, level-appropriate learning experiences across the tax practice.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of tax learning and/or tax experience, including Manager‑level or equivalent expertise.
  • Be fluent in course authoring tools.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA license

Responsibilities

  • Reimagine, own and maintain tax curriculum including milestone programs and other educational initiatives.
  • Author and update tax course materials aligned to legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring a focus on AI and Advisory Skills.
  • Facilitate instructor‑led tax programs, including milestone and manager‑level courses/Train the trainer.
  • Partner with Tax leadership, SMEs, and Quality Control to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance.
  • Reduce reliance on external instructors and vendors through internal content development.
  • Ensure consistency and progression across the tax learning journey from campus hires through partners.
