About The Position

As Learning and Development Manager, you will build and deliver the programs that improve how our supervisors and leaders operate day to day. This role is critical to scaling leadership capability and driving consistent, high-performance execution across a rapidly growing business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or talent development
  • Proven experience building leadership development or supervisor training programs from scratch
  • Strong facilitator with the ability to command a room and engage frontline teams through senior leaders
  • Experience designing and delivering practical, applied learning, not just theoretical content
  • Builder mindset with a bias toward action and speed
  • Non-dogmatic approach to learning. You do not rely on off-the-shelf frameworks. You build what works for the business
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in operational environments (manufacturing, construction, field services, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and build leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders
  • Facilitate high-impact, in-person training sessions that are practical, engaging, and directly tied to the work
  • Create supervisor training grounded in how work actually gets done across manufacturing, field, and corporate teams
  • Stand up and evolve the Accelevation Learning Lab, including curriculum, facilitation model, and applied learning experiences
  • Embed with operators and business leaders to understand real challenges and translate them into actionable learning solutions
  • Develop content from scratch. Avoid off-the-shelf programs and build what fits the business
  • Move quickly from concept to delivery. Test, iterate, and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes
  • Build simple, scalable learning approaches without overengineering
