Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring
  • Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leads and executes full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Manages the requisition lifecycle within the HRIS/ATS (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data accuracy and process consistency
  • Develops and implements a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs
  • Partners with business leaders to forecast hiring needs across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions
  • Builds and maintains strong talent pipelines for critical roles, including skilled trades, engineering, and leadership positions
  • Establishes and tracks recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and uses data to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensures all recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, pay transparency, and background check requirements
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on labor market trends, candidate expectations, and hiring strategies
  • Trains and supports hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, selection decisions, and compliance requirements
  • Enhances employer branding efforts and develops partnerships with technical schools, trade programs, colleges, and industry organizations
  • Leads or supports early career initiatives, including internship and apprenticeship programs
