About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our team in the role of Manager – Talent Acquisition – Campus Based Recruiting. Summary Leads and manages comprehensive talent acquisition (TA) process which includes workforce planning strategies, campus recruiting, posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment for designates region/area. Partners with customers/leaders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies and works with direct reports to conduct workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively. Ensures team members consistently apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. Coaches and assists direct reports as they work with leaders to complete TA process. Serves as a trusted resource for leaders they support, and addresses high priority, sensitive issues as needed.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree Required or equivalent years of experience.
5-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience required.
Requires experience leading the design, development, and execution of Talent Acquisition programs.
Requires working knowledge and understanding of several functional areas of Human Resources.
Requires experience leading and implementing sourcing and recruiting best practices.
Requires experience with matrix organization and complex work environment.
Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
Requires experience coaching and developing professionals.
Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
Basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & Applicant Tracking System usage.

Nice To Haves

Leadership experience preferred.
Professional certifications such as SPHR, etc. preferred.
