About The Position

The Transformation & Chief Operating Office (“TCOO”) is accountable for enabling accelerated outcomes against the Technology & Operations (“T&O”) strategy. We leverage data and insights, governance, and performance management capabilities to inform strategic planning and decision-making, enabling transformational initiatives and ultimately executing the T&O strategy. As the Manager, COO, you will contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that enable us to achieve our vision of being the driving force behind T&O's success. The successful candidate has a strategic and consulting mindset, high attention to detail, and is comfortable working through ambiguity. The candidate will support by orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, managing program communications, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities. This role bridges internal governance, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery across the T&O organization. The COO Manager will support the evolution and execution of TCOO’s strategic objectives, helping to strengthen governance of the TCOO Senior Leadership Team, leveraging AI tools to enhance processes, and identifying areas of improvement to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and strong ability to craft compelling communications with supporting visuals
  • Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical mindset
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to adapt and contribute a dynamic work environment and varied responsibilities
  • Knowledge and passion for strategy, innovation, and technology

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and transformation initiatives, including the T&O Investment Review Board and the CIO Navigator Program
  • Manage the pipeline of upcoming T&O investments and prepare strategic summaries to inform executive decision-making
  • Conduct reviews of T&O investment funding requests and pull key insights from past investments to optimize business cases and prepare teams for presentations to the IRBCIO Navigators & Governance Coordination
  • Coordinate CIO Navigators program activities, including scheduling, documentation, and knowledge management via Confluence
  • Maintain comprehensive meeting minutes, agendas, and logistical arrangements for key COO programs
  • Support end-to-end planning for TCOO townhall events, including business update development and day-of logistics
  • Work cross functionally with key T&O stakeholders to collect quarterly success stories to be shared with the T&O Group Head on behalf of the teams
  • Supports the coordination and logistics for TCOO SLT meetings and offsites through forward agenda planning and development of supporting materials
