Responsibilities

  • Execute systems integration activities across the project lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition through design, verification, execution, commissioning, and operations, under the guidance of the Senior Director of Systems Integration.
  • Coordinate and ensure follow-through on commercial agreement terms as they relate to technical plans, requirements baselines, system breakdown structures, interface definitions, verification plans, and decision records.
  • Work with engineers, project managers, operations teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to translate needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Maintain traceability between customer needs, operational requirements, system designs, test/verification evidence, and final deliverables.
  • Coordinate integration across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure dependencies, interfaces, and technical assumptions are understood and managed.
  • Support configuration management, change control, technical documentation, and governance processes.
  • Track measures of effectiveness, measures of performance, and technical performance indicators to monitor solution maturity and readiness; escalate issues and recommendations to the Senior Director.
  • Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies that balance cost, schedule, performance, reliability, supportability, and long-term value.
  • Help implement and refine scalable systems integration standards, processes, and tools as directed by the Senior Director.
