About The Position

At Kärcher North America, Inc., we are looking for a dynamic leader to serve as our primary business-facing expert for supply chain systems and technology. As the Manager, Systems and Technology, you won’t just manage software; you will own the strategy, coordination, and continuous improvement of the systems that keep our operation resilient and efficient. If you thrive on translating complex operational needs into scalable technical solutions and enjoy partnering across departments to drive a digital roadmap, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years in systems, technology, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with business systems like WMS and ERP.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills in English are required.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or Engineering is preferred (though we value equivalent work experience).
  • Preferred knowledge of Körber WMS, SAP, Power BI, and Google Workspace.
  • You are a problem-solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You have strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business owner for our tech stack, including Körber WMS, SAP, and Google Workspace. You’ll identify ways to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure our systems align with long-term strategy.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Operations, IT, and Analytics to gather requirements and solve business challenges. You are the "go-to" person for triaging system-related requests and ensuring priorities are met.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), manage change control processes, and partner with external vendors to ensure new enhancements are stabilized and successful.
  • Create high-quality SOPs, user guides, and training materials. You’ll bridge the gap by translating technical jargon into practical steps for our operational teams.
  • Monitor system performance and user pain points to recommend sustainable, data-driven improvements that strengthen our overall connectivity.
