The Manager, Sustainability Reporting will play a key role in delivering and evolving OMERS sustainability disclosures. You will combine strong technical expertise with thoughtful communication and stakeholder engagement to help shape how OMERS tells its sustainability story. This role is responsible to research and interpret evolving sustainability reporting requirements, translate complex topics into clear and actionable insights, and support the ongoing preparation and enhancement of reporting processes and controls. The Manager, Sustainability Reporting will build strong, trusted relationships across teams globally, working collaboratively to drive alignment on reporting practices and requirements. This role requires both analytical depth and the ability to influence, communicate, and present effectively to a range of audiences, including senior leadership. You will bring curiosity, a learning mindset, and a passion for sustainability reporting, along with a desire to contribute to a high-performing, supportive team culture. We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members. Our hybrid work guideline requires teams to come to the office a minimum of 4 days per week.
