Global Learning Collaborative, a subsidiary of US HealthConnect, is seeking a qualified candidate for the Manager, Supporter Services position. Candidates will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to assigned supporters. Supporters are defined as pharmaceutical, device, and diagnostic companies, i.e., grantors, that provide educational grants to design, develop, and execute medical education activities. This role encompasses both internal and external facing services and responsibilities, including: accountability for the success of educational initiative reporting through understanding educational needs, proactively identifying issues, and ensuring that the appropriate internal resources are working to resolve any issues; to consistent, proactive communications regarding the status of the grant funding, educational plan implementation, activity metrics, and outcomes.
