About The Position

The Logistics & Supply Chain Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for logistics, warehousing, material planning, inventory management, transportation, and trade compliance. The role ensures the uninterrupted flow of materials to support customer demand while optimizing cost, inventory levels, delivery performance, and operational efficiency. The manager partners with Operations, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Corporate Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive logistics, materials management, or supply chain experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish inventory targets and monitor excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage freight spend, carrier performance, routing strategies, and transportation optimization initiatives.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Participate in demand planning and S&OP processes to balance supply and customer requirements.
• Drive performance against inventory turns, on-time delivery, premium freight, warehouse accuracy, supplier delivery performance, freight cost per unit, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead SAP logistics and inventory management processes, including master data governance, inventory transactions, material planning parameters, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Purchasing and Commodity Management teams to support supplier performance, new program launches, and supply continuity.
• Use SAP and business intelligence tools to analyze logistics performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting metrics to support operational decision-making.
