Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our Global Supply Chain Program Management (GSCPM) organization, overseeing a portfolio of programs within the Platform Sustainment & Modernization Operating Unit (OU). This is a fully onsite role in Lake Charles, LA, offering close engagement with program, manufacturing, and supply chain teams as we support critical sustainment and modernization efforts for our customers. In this leadership role, you will be responsible, accountable, and empowered to drive operational efficiency, strategy, planning, and execution for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) statement of work across your assigned program portfolio. You will report to the Operating Unit Global Supply Chain Program Manager (OU GSC PM) and operate in a fast-paced environment, leading process improvements, tools and metrics, data integration, and cross-functional coordination with key GSC and program stakeholders.
