About The Position

Manages the day-to-day lifecycle of the Supply Chain Portfolio of initiatives while coordinating with the Enterprise Project Management Office, the Enterprise Product and UX teams, Technology teams, & Supply Chain teams. Solutions require analysis and investigation. Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
• May require certification
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines

Responsibilities

• Partners with cross-functional business leaders to oversee initiative funding, track business case realization, streamline status reporting, and drive proactive risk mitigation.
• Evaluates portfolio intake proposals to ensure accurate data integrity, alignment of business cases, resource allocations, critical milestones, and cross-project dependencies.
• Designs and maintains executive-level portfolio dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable visibility into program health and performance.
• Equips supply chain leadership with strategic analytical insights, quarterly business reviews, and high-impact presentations to support executive decision-making.
• Monitors benefits realization, productivity gains, and operational outcomes to ensure delivered initiatives meet targeted financial and strategic objectives.
• Establishes portfolio governance standards, execution rigor, and accountability frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
• Coaches, leads, and develops team members while fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
