Manager, Supply Chain Operations - Inventory Control
About The Position
Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. Our customer service-focused supply chain operations team is hiring an experienced inventory manager to provide leadership and coordination of the day-to-day supply delivery and replenishment throughout the warehouse and hospital facilities. This role provides leadership, management and coordination of the day-to-day operations of supply delivery and replenishment, and supply and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency with six to eight years of relevant work experience, along with proven leadership skills required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as office and/or facility related equipment and strong communication and organizational skills required.
- Valid drivers license required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery, shipping and receiving in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner of customer requests.
- Assists with staffing issues, to include evaluations, scheduling and training.
- Expected to maintain inventory levels in Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) locations and stock them adequately.
