About The Position

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. We're looking for a Manager, Strategic Planning to join our Business Operations team and own the systems and rhythms that enable Grow to plan and operate effectively as we scale. This is not a generalist BizOps role; it is focused specifically on the infrastructure that allows our leaders and teams to make good decisions, stay aligned, and execute with clarity. You will design, build, and run these processes end to end, from the Biweekly Business Review and OKR planning cycles to executive meetings, offsites, Town Halls, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or a chief of staff function, ideally at a high-growth tech or healthcare company.
  • Personally built and run recurring operating processes -- not just supported them -- and can speak to every decision made and why.
  • Ability to diagnose operational breakdowns, propose fixes, and implement them with limited oversight.
  • Strong intuitions about how planning, communication, and decision-making infrastructure should work at a scaling company.
  • Ability to build a project plan, manage complex timelines, coordinate across senior stakeholders, and ensure execution without losing sight of the objectives.
  • Comfortable with the full range of the work, combining strategic process design with hands-on execution, including scheduling, logistics, and note-taking for executive meetings.
  • Ability to influence without authority, manage up effectively, and hold senior stakeholders to process expectations without being deferential or avoidant.
  • Actively use AI tools to improve own productivity and the quality of the processes run -- from automating coordination workflows to accelerating how information is synthesized and distributed.
  • Connect work back to the importance of the Grow Therapy mission.

Nice To Haves

  • Research shows that some groups hesitate to apply unless they check every qualification. If you’re excited about this role but don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply. At Grow, we value diverse experiences, transferable skills, and the unique strengths each person brings.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve Grow's core operating rhythms -- including the Biweekly Business Review, OKR planning cycles, executive meeting cadences, and Town Halls -- ensuring they run with consistency, quality, and increasing efficiency over time.
  • Design and facilitate executive offsites end to end: structure, pre-work, logistics, facilitation support, and post-offsite documentation and follow-through.
  • Manage OKR planning cycles from kickoff to completion: build the framework, own the timeline, facilitate cross-functional working sessions, and maintain the system of record.
  • Serve as the primary operational counterpart to Chiefs of Staff across Grow's functions, coordinating on cross-functional planning processes and company-wide initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of operating processes -- from automating coordination workflows to streamlining how information flows across the organization.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
  • No cost access to therapy through the Grow platform (available to US employees)
  • Retirement savings programs and equity opportunities to help you invest in your future.
  • Flexible time off, company paid holidays (which vary by country), and a full company wide Winter Break to rest and recharge
  • Up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave to support you and your growing family and a new child stipend.
  • Dedicated weekly flexible time for self care, whether that's therapy, exercise, journaling, time with family, or simply taking a break.
  • Annual stipend to support your personal wellbeing and professional growth, from fitness and education to books and learning resources.
  • Pre tax commuter benefits to support teammates working from one of our hub locations.
  • Support for your home workspace plus meal benefits, with offerings tailored to both remote and hub based employees.
  • A variety of wellbeing benefits, including wellness memberships, virtual care, pet insurance discounts (where available), and global travel assistance.
