About The Position

Support the development of short- and long-term goals and strategic objectives by gathering and analyzing relevant data. Identify and monitor issues affecting growth and productivity, provide data-driven insights, and assist with recommending strategic alternatives for GLP. Performs onsite support-level work on projects and matters of limited complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, economics, PMP or related discipline advanced degree
• 0 to 2 years related experience in strategic planning and project management
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance systems and procedures, with experience (conducting or participating) in regulatory audits and/or CAPA OR willing to enroll and obtain QA certifications within 6 months
• Analytical Skills – strong ability to interpret data and identify patterns, draw logical conclusions from complex datasets
• Technical Skills – advance proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot tables, PowerPoint and related software
• Strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn complex models
• Communication: clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams and writing summaries
• Must be fluent reading, writing, speaking and understanding language, requires manual dexterity, ability to sit, and reasonable mobility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows and procedures to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity and quality across the company.
• Assist in gathering data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly corporate performance dashboards.
• Work with QA in providing assistance to enable GLP capability, operations teams to collect information, ensure data alignment, to establish project plans, timelines and metrics.
• Utilize available performance metrics, client study data, financial data, and market trends to guide strategic plans and forecast resource needs.
• Provide direct report with weekly summaries and updates, report preparations to include draft presentation slides, charts, and summaries.
• Other duties as assigned to promote company strategic growth and efficiency
