Requirements

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Functional experience in Network resets / redesign (Supply chain network design, network optimization, and short- and long-term network strategy; Tool-based and non-tool-based network analysis and optimization; Transportation planning and management; Omnichannel fulfillment and customer delivery; Distribution and logistics strategy; Transportation network design, optimization, and mode strategy; Warehouse and distribution center design, assessment, and optimization; Route, flow-path, hub-and-spoke, and shipment consolidation optimization).
• Functional experience in Cost and service improvement / supply chain innovation (Logistics procurement and third-party logistics management; Logistics assessments and logistics cost takeout; Transportation analytics and cost-to-serve optimization; Supply chain resilience and logistics risk management; Logistics sustainability and transportation decarbonization; Transportation sourcing, carrier strategy, and 3PL performance management; Logistics cost reduction and cost-to-serve improvement; Supply chain resilience and disruption response; Sustainability strategy, including fleet electrification and logistics emissions reduction).
• Functional experience in Distribution operations innovation, AI technology, and agentic capabilities to improve distribution (Distribution and logistics operations; Warehouse and distribution center “four walls” operations; Warehouse operations and distribution center management; Distribution center, warehouse, and distribution modernization; Logistics operating model design and performance management; Distribution technology implementation and digital logistics transformation; Transportation analytics, network modeling, and optimization tools).
• Located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.
• MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working as a Management Consultant required.
• This role requires approximately 50–80% travel, based on client and business needs.
