About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a high-impact Manager, Strategic Finance to
drive critical financial insights and strategic decision-making across the
business. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and
operations, with direct exposure to executive leadership and influence on key
investment and operating decisions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or similarly rigorous analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel) and a solid foundation in GAAP and core operational finance concepts
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills and the ability to create clear, executive-ready narratives
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into compelling, decision-ready insights
• Proven ability to manage workstreams independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines
• Strong strategic thinking and business judgment
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a complex, multi-business or high-growth environment preferred
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools in analytical workflows (e.g., scenario analysis, data exploration, narrative synthesis, process automation)

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact analyses across the Collectibles business, including profitability drivers, cost optimization, and investment prioritization
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Technology to evaluate initiatives and drive decision-making
• Build and own financial models to assess new business opportunities and operational improvements
• Develop clear, data-driven recommendations by pressure-testing assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs
• Create executive-ready materials for leadership, Board updates, and long-range planning
• Structure ambiguous problems and translate complex data into concise, decision-oriented insights
• Improve finance processes, reporting, and tools to enhance visibility and efficiency
• Act as a thought partner to finance leadership, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
