Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience building and managing strategic partnerships—across relationship management, business development, or related roles—ideally within SaaS or technology-enabled platforms
  • Experience managing complex partner ecosystems across multiple business lines or products
  • Previous people management experience

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the company’s third-party and strategic partner strategy, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Establish clear operating models, decision rights, and accountability for partner relationships.
  • Ensure partnerships align with long-term business strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Prioritize and oversee third-party initiatives across Irix, Curv, and Emerging Markets.
  • Balance near-term business needs with long-term strategic value.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution of prioritized initiatives.
  • Own partner performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Negotiate contracts with partners, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements, to achieve favorable outcomes and mitigate risk.
  • Lead escalation management for underperforming or high-risk partners.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Ensure strong financial discipline across partner relationships, including margin awareness and value realization.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts align with commercial, risk, and financial objectives.
  • Monitor partner economics and recommend actions to optimize outcomes.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for critical partners.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partner leaders.
  • Represent partner strategy and performance in executive and leadership forums.
