About The Position

The Stewardship & Quality Manager leads the operational execution of data stewardship and data quality practices, ensuring trusted, well-managed data that supports analytics, AI, and business decision-making. This role partners with business and technology teams to improve data quality, strengthen stewardship capabilities, and drive accountability for data across the enterprise.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data quality, data management, data governance, analytics, or a related field.
Experience working with data quality, metadata, and data governance tools and processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for data excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the data steward community through coaching, guidance, and enablement activities.
Define, monitor, and report on data quality metrics, issues, and improvement initiatives.
Manage processes for issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Ensure business metadata, data definitions, and critical data elements are documented and maintained.
Partner with data owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to improve data quality at the source.
Drive continuous improvement of stewardship and data quality processes, tools, and practices.
