About The Position

SpaceX’s Starshield national defense vertical delivers global communications and situational awareness to warfighters. The Manager of the Starshield User Products Account Management Team leads customer success from contract signature through activation and beyond. The role ensures contract terms are fulfilled, customers can operate delivered equipment, support systems remain effective, and customer communications are consistent and clear. The manager partners with Starshield leadership and other SpaceX teams, dividing time between managing key customer accounts and leading the account management team.
