About The Position

Manifest is looking for a Sponsorship Operations Manager to manage the year-round delivery of our sponsorship program. The role is responsible for supporting sponsorship sales, managing contracts and inventory, overseeing sponsor fulfillment, and helping ensure an excellent sponsor experience. As a key member of our team, the Sponsorship Operations Manager will work closely with Sales, Event Operations, our sponsor support agency, and other internal and external partners. They will also play a core management role during onsite event delivery. The role requires travel to Manifest.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of event management experience working with event sponsors, sponsorship operations, sales operations, or exhibit operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Extremely strong project-management, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Confidence working with fast-moving sales teams and the ability to communicate requirements, boundaries, and solutions clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior-level executives and high-value customers.
• Experience building and managing spreadsheets, trackers, and data merges.
• A strong focus on quality, accountability, and the sponsor experience.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• An interest in learning about the supply chain technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to manage the delivery of sponsor partnerships and provide accurate, timely information about products, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Maintain sponsorship sales materials, product one-sheets, and backend inventory to help the Sales team sell confidently and accurately.
• Prepare, send, and manage sponsorship contracts, translating sold benefits into clear fulfillment tasks and deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with top-tier sponsors and serve as an escalation point for complex questions, activations, and fulfillment needs.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure the efficient delivery of Manifest sponsorships, working closely with our sponsor support agency and other partners.
• Manage the commercial side of the show floor plan, including sponsorship inventory, sold locations, contract alignment, and routine updates throughout the show cycle.
• Support the delivery of the Meetup Program.
• Support post-show fulfillment reporting, sponsor debriefs, renewal conversations, and recommendations for future sponsorship products.
