Manager, Special Projects
About The Position
Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager, Special Projects to join its Finance & Strategy team. The role leads cross-functional projects that support enterprise-wide decisions and strategic initiatives, working with senior leaders across finance, operations, legal, and clinical teams. It offers the opportunity to influence decision-making and drive company-wide change. The manager co-develops project plans, keeps teams on schedule, builds models, performs ad hoc analyses, and researches new or ambiguous topics. The position reports to the SVP, Finance & Strategy or the Sr. Manager, Finance & Strategy, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, data analytics, or economics.
- At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, chief of staff, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to synthesize ideas across groups and topics.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and effective, succinct verbal and written communication with leaders and cross-functional team members.
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including balancing multiple high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
