About The Position

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Special Projects Manager to join its Finance & Strategy team. The role leads cross-functional projects that support enterprise-wide decisions and works closely with senior leaders across departments to influence decision-making and drive company-wide change. ABC provides evidence-based applied behavior analysis therapy and related autism services, including diagnostic support, individualized Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention, parent training, and school readiness programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, data analytics, or economics.
• At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, chief of staff, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to excel as a self-starter in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize ideas across multiple groups and topics.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and effective, succinct verbal and written communication with leaders and cross-functional team members.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, including balancing multiple high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects with senior leaders across finance, operations, legal, and clinical teams, asking thoughtful questions throughout.
• Co-develop project plans and ensure teams deliver on timelines.
• Build models and perform ad hoc analyses to support projects.
• Conduct thorough research into new and ambiguous topics.
